The ever growing requirement for power throughout the world has made power generation using a variety of diverse fuels now very common.

International pressures to reduce carbon emissions and reduce the greenhouse effects of coal fired generation, has forced the human hunger for energy to investigate more environmentally friendly fuels to produce energy. While these fuels are frowned upon as being high carbon emitting fuels, we must face the fact that they will still be required to power our motor cars, public transport utilities, and indeed power generation for many years to come.
